I AM BACK!
I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers while I was recuperating. I have missed everyone and appreciate all of the kind thoughts. So I humbly thank you for all of your support.
I am definitely back and ready to go! I am so pleased to announce my affiliation with an exciting company, Century 21 Able Realty & Auction Co. in Colonial Heights.
Now is a good time to consider all things Real Estate. Markets are changing daily but here in northeastern Tennessee we are still robust. It seems that folks just can't get enough of us. If you are just beginning the whole real estate adventure, I urge you to interview at least three Realtors® before making a choice. You are making a critical decision and it is imperative that you be fully confident that the agent you choose is someone you trust implicitly. I want you to be confident that I am that person and the only way to know that is to interview a few. Some clients prefer the agent with the gung-ho, go for the jugular approach. Then there are clients who prefer to be in the driver's seat with the agent acting as navigator. Whatever you prefer, there is an agent out there that will fit your needs perfectly. You will only find that agent by interviewing some of us.
If you are an owner and trying to sell your property on your own, contact me for a quick tip that will help you accomplish the sale on your own. I will gladly give you a couple of pointers that will be of immense help to you while you are marketing your own property. I am probably one of the only agents in Tennessee that will give out helpful information to "FSBO"s. Why? Because the main goal is for you to get your property sold. If at some future point you decide to hire the services of a professional Realtor then I am very optimistic that if I am helpful to you along your solo journey that it will be me that you come looking for if and/or when you do decide to list. Simple and no strings attached.
